2006-07 OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2006-07 (Sophomore): Began her sophomore indoor season with a second place finish in the pole vault at the Saluki Booster Invitational (Jan. 19-20), vaulting 10'11.75"...went on to set a new personal record as well as a school record while taking seventh in the pole vault at the Clemson Tiger Invitational (Feb. 9-10) with a vault of 11'5.75"...broke those records the next week at the OVC Indoor Championship (Feb. 22-24) by vaulting 11'11.75" and earning all-OVC honors by taking first place...in the outdoor season, placed second in the Troy Invitational (Mar. 31) with a vault of 10'11.75" and took first in the JSU Gem of the Hills meet (Apr. 7) with a vault of 10'6"...turned in her best performance of the outdoor season at the OVC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5), taking second in the pole vault event while setting a new personal record, a new championship record, and a new O'Brien Stadium record with a vault of 11'11.75"...earned all-OVC honors with her first place finish.

2005-06 (Red-shirt Freshman): Vaulted a school record 11 feet at the Rod McCravy and OVC Indoor Championships to finish second...in outdoors, jumped a school record 5'0.75" three times at the Troy Invitational, OVC Outdoor Championships and the Georgia Tech Invitational...finished second at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

2004-05 (Freshman): Jumped 10'6" at the Rod McCravy Invitational before being red-shirted due to injury.

Personal: Daughter of Scot and Bronwyn Cardwell...majoring in international relations...was named Most Improved on her high school team and finished second in the state meet...also a member of the cheerleading squad...brother Grant Cardwell played baseball at Auburn.
