Samford Softball In Three-Hour Rain Delay

The rain started with Samford leading 3-0 in the top of the fourth inning

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. - With Samford leading Morehead State 3-0 in the top of the fourth inning, an incessant rain storm rolled through the area and suspended play of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament game.

The rain delay has already lasted three hours and the game is expected to resume at approximately 7:45 p.m., from Jacksonville State's University Field. Please check SamfordSports.com later for the full recap of Thursday's action.
